This is a website and blog that is dedicated to our family’s journey after the loss of a loved one. In January 2022, my amazing wife passed away after a hard fought battle against cancer. She left behind a family of three – myself, a 10 year old daughter and 7 year old son – all of whom loved her very much. The website takes the form of a journal and memoir of our family’s walk towards a life without her being physically present (but always with us).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am Mathew, a dad, part time blogger and aspiring writer who wants to share a story and create a platform to help people with a similar journey. A journey where it acceptable to take small steps towards a life that ultimately takes us forwards towards a better place after the loss of a loved one. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
